Welcome to Central Dauphin RAMS Youth Football & Cheerleading!

Online registration is currently open to all players and cheerleaders.
We are open for ages 5 to 14. The age shall be determined on April 30^th.
If a player is 13 on April 30^th the player is eligible. If a player is 14 on April 30^th the player is ineligible.

*Midget Criteria Addition: Midget players can be eligible to play in the CFA if they are 14 years old and in the 8^th grade. (If they turn 14 with a DOB on or after 5/1/07).

Both players and cheerleaders are required to turn in forms to their Head Coach the first week of practice:

CHEERLEADING (ALL AGES) 2021

Our cheerleading program offers instruction on cheers, jumps, stunts, tumbling and the opportunity to grow as a great team-mate while also gaining self-confidence and leadership skills. Each level is determined by age and experience as well as skill. All abilities welcome! PeeWee: 5-8 years old Pony: 7-10 years old Midgets: 10-13 years

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS OPEN & PAYMENT CAN BE MADE ONLINE: Online registration includes all information required by the league, upon completion of your registration- in the upper left-hand corner of the confirmation screen (Registration Review) PLEASE CLICK & PRINT! This will include the area for the doctor to sign for the REQUIRED physical and items for Parents/Guardians to sign. We will require this in its entirety to be turned into your HEAD COACH the first week of practice. OR IF

FOOTBALL - SMURFS 2021

All 5, 6 and FIRST year 7 year old players. This is an introductory level, developed for players with no previous experience. If your player has played football anywhere before then please sign your child up for Pee Wee. This group does not play an official schedule.
