Welcome to Central Dauphin RAMS Youth Football & Cheerleading!

Online registration is currently open to all players and cheerleaders.
We are open for ages 5 to 14.  The age shall be determined by April 30^th.
If a player is 13 on April 30^th the player is eligible. If a player is 14 on April 30^th the player is ineligible.  

*Midget Criteria Addition: Midget players can be eligible to play in the CFA if they are 14 years old and in the 8^th grade. (If they turn 14 with a DOB on or after May 1st).
 

 Both players and cheerleaders are required to turn in forms no later than the first week of practice:

• 2022 CFA Football Player/Cheer Reg Form
• 2022 CFA Waiver Form
• COMPLETE/CURRENT PHYSICAL or Physician Sign Off on Reg. Form
• COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
