Registration for the 2022 season is live!!

Welcome to the Central Dauphin Rams Youth Football & Cheerleading Program!

Registration is open to all players and cheerleaders ages 5 to 13, with 13 being the max age for players as of 4/30/2022.  Click on REGISTER HERE to get registered.

Both players and cheerleaders are required to turn in forms to the Secretary BEFORE the first week of practice:

• 2022 CFA Football Player/Cheer Reg Form 
• 2022 CFA Waiver Form
• COMPLETE/CURRENT PHYSICAL or Physician Sign Off on Reg. Form
• COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE
